Those who worked hard and played by the rules are bitter and frustrated by the losses experienced in the last two major declines. Many thought they were being smart by allowing others to manage their money but now feel they have to take a more active role in developing strategies and tactic for managing their money and future financial welfare. Anybody interested in moving from a being a "victim" of unforeseen forces to being a person who understands these forces and wants to be in a position to take advantage of changes in these forces, needs to be proactive in participating in AAII chapter meetings, subgroups and other financial education organizations in Atlanta metro.
