    Mitch Reiner was an excellent presenter with incredible knowledge of income investing. I have listened to their WSB program on income investing but this presentation really made it clear. Shows the limits of radio for something like this that seems simple but is actually more complex. I would suggest using the "Pure Black and White" mode for printing slides as a handout.
